As President for DBM East Asia and Pacific region Karen shapes the growth of the business through the oversight and design of strategic interventions in support of organisations undergoing change, developing leadership capability, implementing business improvement processes and enhancing personal performance. Customers rely on Karen to address existing and emerging business issues and people strategies in concert with economic, market and cultural nuances stretching as far as Africa and the Middle East. In addition Karen sits on the DBM Global team representing her region for career transition, talent management and all issues pertaining to the development of leading edge solutions in support of our customer's business results. Her team are the cornerstone for delivering to business imperatives representing DBM's centre of excellence for the Asia Pacific/Africa region.

Karen has managed her own consultancy specialising in organisational dynamics and has 15 years experience in the Human Capital Management industry including executive roles held with full commercial and financial performance accountability in Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. Karen graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Education and Learning.

Helene Li
Business Development Director, Greater China
A seasoned management consulting professional with over 18 years experience in the Asian region and a particular focus in the Greater China market, Helene has developed her all-round brand management, change communication and consulting skills at global consultancy firm Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) as well as financial institutions ABN AMRO Bank and JP Morgan Chase Bank where she has led regional brand and change management teams across business lines. She manages customer relationships across Greater China and provides thought leadership through frequent roundtables and other engagement opportunities to key contacts in different sectors.

Helene was educated in Hong Kong and the United States, with a First Class Honours degree in English Studies from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.

Andrew Kwong
Lead Consultant, Greater China
Andrew has 8 years experience as an Executive Consultant for DBM based in our Hong Kong office. He is responsible for providing expertise, oversight and direction to the delivery team in Greater China. Andrew has over 22 years experience within the Executive Search Industry in Hong Kong. Prior to entering the Executive Search profession, he spent 10 years in the industrial and consumer product industries where he held various management positions.

Andrew was educated in Hong Kong and the United States, with a BA degree in Business from California State University.
