As President for DBM East Asia and Pacific region Karen shapes the growth of the business through the oversight and design of strategic interventions in support of organisations undergoing change, developing leadership capability, implementing business improvement processes and enhancing personal performance. Customers rely on Karen to address existing and emerging business issues and people strategies in concert with economic, market and cultural nuances stretching as far as Africa and the Middle East. In addition Karen sits on the DBM Global team representing her region for career transition, talent management and all issues pertaining to the development of leading edge solutions in support of our customer's business results. Her team are the cornerstone for delivering to business imperatives representing DBM's centre of excellence for the Asia Pacific/Africa region.

Karen has managed her own consultancy specialising in organisational dynamics and has 15 years experience in the Human Capital Management industry including executive roles held with full commercial and financial performance accountability in Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. Karen graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Education and Learning.

Business Development Manager, China
Grace is the Business Development Manager for DBM China. She is responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with key customers ensuring that the best value and highest quality career transition and talent development solutions are provided to clients and customers. In addition Grace is accountable for achieving business and operational excellence in line with the unique needs and expectations of our customer base. Grace has 5 years of experience in the human resources consulting industry. Before joining DBM, Grace was the China Business Development Manager in a leading regional EAP company. Grace received her undergraduate degree (Honors) in Business Administration and her Master degree in Marketing with Information System from Middlesex University in UK.

Della is the Office & Project Manager for DBM China. She is responsible for the delivery of career transition and career management services providing planning, logistics, and communications consultation and support to key accounts nationwide. In addition Della is accountable for the customisation of client support services and the flawless execution of large scale delivery projects in line with the unique requirements of our client base. Della has more than 12 years experience in the Human Resources arena. Della received her education in the area of Business Administration from HuBei Dong Feng Automotive Industry University.
