DBM was founded in Thailand in 1997 and has now served well over 250 organisations and some 5,000 individuals undergoing transition within their careers. DBM services customers and their employees throughout Thailand.

Our multilingual, internationally-experienced staff are able to help a broad range of clients. In addition to career transition services, we also offer consulting services in organisational benchmarking, career management, team-building, executive coaching, and risk management of change.

Leigh Scott-Kemmis
Managing Director
Leigh has 27 years’ international business experience and has lived in Asia since 1989. Leigh’s previous experience was in the banking and the investment industry, internationally and in Australia. He has 20 years of senior management experience and has held roles including Vice President - Citibank, Director and Treasurer - Australian Bank, Chief Executive - Bank of New Zealand (Australia), and Chairman of stockbroker BNZ Norths. Leigh has served as a non-executive director on the board of a number of listed public companies. Leigh was an advisor to the Australian Treasurer in respect of capital markets development, a consultant to the Commission reviewing the Australian financial system and a consultant to the World Bank.

He has had considerable experience in managing large organisational change and has a strong interest in the people issues associated with change. In Thailand and regionally, Leigh has worked with over 150 major multinational and Thai corporations undergoing change, including career management and coaching to the chief and senior executives of major companies. Leigh studied Economics at the Sydney University, completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard and is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Bankers.
