Established in 1992, E&E Management Consultancy has specialized in career and transition consultancy as well as executive search and selection. E&E Group comprises five consultants and four researchers and has served many leading local and multinational organizations. The Group is one of the leading career consulting companies in Turkey.
E&E Group serves its clients on two separate business lines which complement each other: career / transition consultancy (DBM), mid and high level executive recruitment (Management Recruiters International (MRI) Worldwide). E&E Group has served more than 12,000 individuals and 300 big and multinational companies in 13 years. E&E Group is based in Istanbul but works nationwide as needed.
E&E Group has two partners: Kivanc Ersoz (founding partner) and Cihangir Erdem.
Career Transition Consultancy / DBM
DBM was established in the United States in 1967 and is the leader in career consultancy, with over 230 offices in 55 countries. E&E Group has been the licensee of DBM in Turkey and the Turkic states since 1996. All over the world, DBM is known for its outplacement service, which provides career consultancy to individuals who have involuntarily left their jobs. E&E Group is the first and only company in Turkey which provides this service and which has an extensive list of references.
Today, DBM services are not restricted to outplacement, but also include workforce selection, development and retention.

Kivanç Ersöz
Founder & Managing Partner, E&E Management Consultancy Services Ltd.
Kivanç Ersöz is an expert on human resources, management, marketing and sales management. Having studied and worked in multi-cultural environments throughout his life, Kivanç has gained a vast amount of international experience. After graduation from T.E.D. Ankara College and his stay in the U.S. for a year as an exchange student, he received his B.A. in Economics at Bosphorus University - Istanbul, Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1981. He worked in Unilever-Turkey (1983-85) as Personnel Manager responsible for the job evaluation system and management recruitment for the group of companies. Kivanç switched to the marketing function in 1985 and worked in Mintax (a major local detergents company which was later acquired by P&G) as a Product Group Manager for a number of fast moving consumer goods. To acquire a better taste of field work, he moved to Bilkom /Apple Computer as National Sales Manager, where he worked from 1987 to 1990, setting up a national dealership network, as well as a direct sales team. From 1990 to 1992, Kivanç worked at Digital Equipment Turkey Inc. as National Marketing and Channel Development Director, where he set up the two departments and conducted strategic marketing planning, direct marketing and indirect sales channel activities.
Kivanç has provided training on marketing, sales techniques, recruitment and management. He is a member of TABA (Turkish-American Businessmen's Association), Board Member of YDD (Turkish Management Consultants Association), JCI (Junior Chamber International), AFS-TKV (American Field Service-Turkish Cultural Foundation) BUMED (Bosphorus University Alumni Club). Kivanç is married and has two sons.
Cihangir Erdem

Cihangir Erdem is an expert on marketing and franchising. He graduated from French College Saint Joseph and he studied economics at Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir (1988). Cihangir did his MBA on "Management" at Istanbul University (1988-1990). He started his professional life in Izmir "International Fair Organization" as a specialist on trade fair (1990-1991). He continued his career in the ceramic tile industry in Ege Seramik as Assistant to the General Manager, Izmir (1991-1993). In order to get a better experience in the marketing function, he joined Elf Petroleum Inc. as Assistant Marketing Director in Istanbul (1994-1995). After his Elf experience, he joined Tatilya (the biggest indoor entertainment center of Europe) as Marketing Manager (1995-1996). Cihangir then joined Sagra Food Company (the second biggest company in the chocolate products industry in Turkey) as Franchising Manager (1996-1998). He was responsible for over 300 special shops in Turkey, Bulgaria, North Cyprus, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
